- Yeah, I was NOT good at these! I couldn’t get my body over the rings so needed an extra hand to get me over. Did about 5 or 6.
WOD:
- 100m sprint
- overhead squat, 10 reps – used 25#
- Clean & Jerk, 1 rep – used 75#
- 100m sprint
- overhead squat, 20 reps – used 25#
- clean & jerk, 5 reps – used 75#
- 100m sprint
- overhead squat – 30 reps – used 25#
